Warriors don't really need self-heal if the PUG healer is even semi competent. Lion's Comfort is decent, but you need to ask yourself whether or not it's really worth that slot.

If you're really worried about self-healing in a H/H group, you can take a hero monk as one of your heroes and simply force cast WoH on yourself when you want to be healed (if he's not already casting it on you himself).

If you think a self heal is better then your teammates skill bar, bring a self heal. If you think your teammates skill bar is better then a self heal, bring a res.
